  • change: apps/web/lib/nav.ts: the Notifications → /notifications item removed from every role's secondary (footer) nav → the sidebar's only notification entry point is the NotificationCenter popup panel, which still links out to /notifications via "View all".
  • changelog: not warranted — removes a duplicate entry point, the page and the panel are unchanged.
